These are our value priced boards. They are unfinished pine lumber boards that you will paint yourself. The top is 1/2 inch pine plywood. American Cornhole Association specs 1/2 plywood. The frame is made from 2X3 lumber (lighter and less bulky than 2X4 frames, without sacrificing sturdiness). The frames have mitred corners for a more professional finish, and the legs collapse for storage and feature a backstop. Each board weighs approximately 20 lbs. Pine plywood is cost effective material, but the boards require paint. We recommend an oil based high gloss paint, as pine usually requires an extra coat of paint or 2 to get to a desired smooth finish. If you are budget conscious and have the time to paint - and let them dry, this is your answer.
